Merge branch 'master' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/controllers/follower_accounts_controller.rb`:
  Conflict due to upstream changing suspension logic while
  glitch-soc has an extra option to hide followers count.
  Ported upstream changes.
